Meghan works for Benjamin Media Inc which produces NUCA's National publication, Utility Contractor. When she isn't working on BMI or NUCA items Meghan enjoys hanging out with her two dogs and husband, taking walks and runs in the park!

Jim Kelly
President 

Jim is the president of Ed Kelly and Sons which is a family owned and operated company. After their father retired in the late 1990s, the third generation of Kelly brothers took the helm of Edward Kelly & Sons, Inc. In 2007, Jim and his brother John moved the business to its current location at 5555 Woodville Road in Northwood, OH.
Edward Kelly & Sons, Inc.  proudly continues to serve the traditional open cut and trenchless technology needs of the Northwest Ohio area.

Rob Krzys
Treasurer 

Rob work's for Benjamin Media Inc and is the owner and President. He enjoys watching his kids play soccer and most importantly, loves getting to work with his daughter, Meghan on not only BMI projects but NUCA of OH ones too!

Thomas Lingvai
Vice President

Tom is the former president of NUCA of OH and is the manager of Bryan Excavating. Bryan Excavating, LLC. is a complete site development and excavating contractor located in Bryan Ohio. They  are a fully licensed and insured excavating contractor, serving communities through out Northwest Ohio.

 President/Owner Michael Byrne Mfg.  Education: Rocky River HS 1980, Kent State University, BS in Business Administration and Marketing 1985,  Career: 1985-1997 Outside Sales and Sales management for LM Berry Co and Ameritech Advertising (Yellow Page Advertising) multiple Sales Awards for both sales and management. 1998-2010 Part owner in Byrne Gear and Michael Byrne Mfg, Mansfield, Ohio 2010- 2022 Owner Michael Byrne Mfg/Byrne Gear, Mansfield, Ohio. Trenchless Construction manufacturer of Auger Boring Machines, Cutting Heads, Augers, Tunnel Shields, and custom environmental equipment. Organizations: NUCA  Former Board National Board Member 2012-2015. NUCA of Ohio – Board Member for State Chapter 2010-2022. NAM (National Association of Manufacturers) 2012-2022 RMC (Regional Manufacturing Coalition) founding member of Central Ohio manufacturing organization. Hobbies: Golf, Fishing, Travel, and Cleveland Sports teams. .

Jimmy Barbera
Director at Large

Jimmy started in the trenchless industry 10 years ago with Barbco Inc. He then worked for Tri State Trenchless LLC, where he learned practical application for the equipment that he was helping build. Jimmy is now a sales associate at Trenchless Rental Solutions. His favorite part of the job is helping customers tackle difficult bores and coming up with ways to manage & overcome adverse ground conditions. His time off is spent with his wife and daughter. 

Tracy Smith
Executive Director

Tracy works for Riley Contracting, a horizontal auger boring company out of Norwalk, OH where she implements their training programs and manages the ELD systems. Tracy loves spending time outside of work with her three children and husband. 

Tavis Riley
Contractor at Large

Tavis serves as the Secretary of Riley Contracting, Inc. , initially established in the 1950's when his Grandfather, Leon Riley, created Leon Riley Excavating Company, a utility and excavating contractor.  In 2002 the third generation of the family acquired the business.  Tavis and his two brothers, created Riley Contracting specializing in horizontal auger boring.  Outside of work, Tavis enjoys spending time with his wife, Emily, and their three children.
